The OPAL Learning Day for 2012 ACRL Survey was held Thursday, March 1, 2012, from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.   Attendees participated both in-person at OHIONET and remotely using the GoToMeeting platform.

The morning session featured a presentation, along with a question and answer session, hosted jointly by:

• Martha Kryillidou, Senior Director of Statistics and Service Quality Programs, ARL, and
• Chip Stewart, Chief of Technical Services, City College of New York

The morning program included a walk-through of the wiki established by staff at the CUNY libraries to assist in compiling statistical data.

The afternoon session featured Matt Polcyn, Director of Technology Services at OHIONET, explaining when and how to use Millennium’s statistical features to complete the survey.
