Its that time of year again and many of you are gearing up for inventory projects.

Just a reminder, when you are scanning items, make sure each batch of barcodes falls within the same item location range. Otherwise, the system is unable to generate a report, and your scanning efforts will have been in vain. Examples where you may run into this issue include New Books shelves and Oversize.

Contact OPALHelp if you need to borrow a barcode scanner.

To find out, you can run an Inn-Reach Transaction by Title report in Web Management Reports.

Select the following criteria:

• Inn-Reach > Site Activity
• Inn-Reach Circulation
• Transactions by TITLE
• Report on the TITLE
• By PTYPE
• Current month or last month
• Limit by HOME LIBRARY

Select your school from the limit by HOME LIBRARY menu and voila…

Have you reached the last tab in Fiscal Close and you don’t have appropriations to enter yet?

Answer: Click on another mode in Millennium Acquisitions. You will see a “Fiscal Close Complete” message. You can enter Funds mode later and use the adjustment tab to enter new appropriations.
